Tragedy today in Virginia at World Police and Fire Games

It with deep saddness that we must report the death of 48 year old bicyclist Carlos Silva from Brazil who was killed today while competing in the World Police and Fire Games in Virginia. Two other riders, also from Brazil, were transported to nearby hospitals. Both men are listed in seriuos condition. The accident happened on the Loop in near Triangle in Prince William County Virginia. Please keep all thoughs involved in your thoughts.
