It is with deep regret that Lancaster, Local 319, announces the passing of retired Lt. Carey Skiles, after a battle with cancer. Carey served the LCFD for almost 25 years. After retirement from the fire department, he worked for the State Store system. Carey was a current and proud IAFF member for over 40 years and a member of the UFCW in the state system. He is survived by his wife Bonnie and his daughters Kim and Lori. At his wishes, there will be no services but a celebration party of his life will be held later.
